The pESG-IBA104 vector allows the high-level stable and non-replicative transient expression of Twin-Strep-tag®-fusion-proteins in Mammalia. The vector carries the Human cytomegalovirus (CMV) immediate-early promoter for high-level expression of proteins in a wide range of mammalian cells, the BM40 signal for secretion of the recombinant protein, the Twin-Strep-tag® for N-terminal fusion to the recombinant protein as well as the Ampicillin resistance cassette for selection in E.coli and the Neomycin resistance gene for selection of stable cell lines. The expressed recombinant protein will be secreted into the medium.
